MDAC Fix for Windows 95, 98 and Some XP Machines

If you are experiencing problems running NexStar Observer List after the installation - particularly errors when you attempt to open the Hyper Hand Control or edit an observer list - your computer might require the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC).  Download the following, double-click the MDAC_TYP file to install, restart your computer and try NexStar Observer List again.
